WE HAVE IT AT HOME!! Sourdough edition! I get so many questions about my sourdough so here is the recipe I follow 👇🏻 INGREDIENTS: -250g active sourdough starter (I use “eve” from Tiktok shop) -375g warm water -525g flour -10g of salt DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix starter and water thoroughly 2. Add in flour and salt and mix. It will be a shaggy dough 3. Cover and let rest for 30-40 minutes 4. After you wait, perform 4 stretch and folds then let rest again 5. Repeat this process 4 times total 6. Let dough bulk ferment on the counter. Time will vary depending on the temperature of your home - mine usually takes like 5-7 hours. The dough needs to double in size and get really jiggly 7. Shape dough and place in a banneton overnight in the fridge 8. Preheat oven to 475 and put dutch over in there so it gets super hot 9. Score bread 10. Bake at 475 for 30 minutes with the lid on 11. Take lid off for last 10-15 minutes (watch it)
