I own a small business as well, I crazy ordered everything in excess before the tariffs started and then everything else I need in the mean time I source here. Thankfully by doing that I haven’t felt the inflation yet

Your freight / shipping company uses UPS as there 3rd party customs clearance broker. disbursement is because UPS paid customs in your behalf so they are charging you a percentage ( similar to a cc transaction fee ). The other charges are their administrative fees.
