@n2deals: this specific brand of mouth tape, it comes with nose strips which most of other brands do not. The nose strips are to help open up your nose to allow better airflow through your nose, especially if your someone like me with a clogged nose or deviated septum it will help a lot. With the mouth tape, it has improved my sleep so much to the point where i know I’ll never go back. Breathing through your mouth is not optimal for your health whatsoever and another thing to add on top of it is the strengthening of the facial structure because it holds your bottom jaw into proper placement throughout the entire night instead of sleeping with your mouth open.
