It's very sad that having plushies as an adult is seen as childish and embarrassing. There has been studies that show having and cuddling a plush in adulthood is helpful for recovery over stress and other problems. We shouldn't have to be a strict adult and completely abandon our childhood selves. It's healthier for that part of you to show up now and again, and so plushies really shouldn't be so taboo
