This season, fitness for me isn’t just about the physical — it’s about honoring my temple and glorifying God through discipline, consistency, and stewarding the body He’s blessed me with. I always used to workout consistently but never really saw results because i was only focused on changing how I look to feel more confident in my body but that only led to body dysmorphia, insecurities & beating myself up throughout the whole process cause I wasn’t seeing results. Ultimately: Vanity. When you work out for the external, it will eventually fade.
