I was really good with gentle parenting until my son started showing symptoms of ADHD. Now I’m so lost for what to do and I lose my mind soooooooo much and I hate it. I really really need help on what to do because the only time he really “misbehaves” is when he’s extremely hyper and I cannot get his attention to save my life.

Part of gentle parenting is also doing your best to not set your kids up for failure. If they're tired and need a nap, then you need to meet their needs. Not expect them to sit silently while you entertain yourself.
