Reddit can be so mean. I posted once needing advice about a woman who was sh’ing my husband and harassing me via social media- even tho he was the boss. The comments were soooo mean- ( he’s lying, he’s cheating, etc) NO. He was being stalked and I was being harassed. We literally had to get a lawyer and police involved. Never posted there again.

I could see AHole if was asking from the boyfriends perspective. Because if he needs that camera her not wanting to be the A to her friend means he is also waiting on the friend. While if she filed the police report when he wanted he might have had the camera or a replacement already. Otherwise I think NTA.
