As a landlord we wouldn’t have to do a deep clean in the tenants actually bothered to get professional cleaners in, as per their tenancy agreement, when they left the property! Hope that helps 👍😘

Problem with a lot of steam cleaners is while they do have massive advantages and they are very useful for cleaning bathroom tiles floors et cetera there are a lot of applications where if they’re not used with caution they can cause a lot of damage a lot of laminate flooring and wood flooring for example you steam it too much and you get moisture seeping into the joints and you can get warping if you steam clean around taps and seals and places where there’s grout and silicon You can quite often, if you’re too abrasive erode the seals which can lead to leaks and damp so whilst they do have fantastic applications, it’s just worth being mindful of the potential damage that they could also cause if they’re not used carefully 👍
