Recipe for sauce: •1 tablespoons finely chopped of garlic •2 tablespoon finely chopped red onion •1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro (leaves only) •1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (leaves only) •1/2 tablespoons dried crushed chili 🌶 flakes •1/2 teaspoon ground pepper or black pepper •1 teaspoons dried oregano •1/2 teaspoon salt (more if prefer) •1/4 cup olive oil •1 tablespoon red wine vinegar •1 teaspoon fresh lemon 🍋 juice. *Mix well, taste and adjust. Let set for 15-20 minutes before serving. Refrigerate if not use right away. Sauce is good up to 3 days. Make just enough. Always best when it’s fresh. *You can put all the ingredients in a chopper and do it at the same time. I prefer hand chopped because it gives better texture.
