@itswesc: Going out on a limb here, it's something that I've wanted to say for a long time now but was never quite sure of how to say it. The truth is, I'm still not. But I’m fired up so I also no longer care… Because every morning when I check socials, I see another friend, relative or acquaintance being misled by the 'health and fitness' industry. Being told that they have to eat less. Being told that they have to do more. Being told they have to mega-dose GLP-1 peptides (a prescription crash diet). Being told they have to avoid their comfort foods. Or any other absolute nonsense that absolutely sucks to do for a day let alone the rest of your life. Here's why it makes me crazy… I've worked with hundreds of clients in my coaching career to date. Guess what, none of them have done—anything I just mentioned above. Guess what all of them have had to do—exponentially less than anyone reading this post thinks. Think about it with me for a moment… Do you think that all of the fit people or all of the healthy people walking around on a daily basis are continuously… Eating less and less? Moving more and more? Starving themselves with drugs? Avoiding things they enjoy? Probably f**king not. They have probably found the few simple things that changed their body while living their life in a way they like… And incorporated INTO their routine until it became so habitual that it was as easy as brushing their teeth. Some of you know my story, some don't (because I did a great job hiding). I wasn't always fit - post-athletic career, I was nearly 50lbs overweight, had terrible energy, and was hiding in baggy clothes while chasing every diet/supplement/training hack imaginable. My aha moment? Realizing I was using "hacks" to avoid real commitment. I was leaving potential on the table at work and leaking leadership at home. Once I dropped the gimmicks and committed to simple, sustainable systems—everything changed. Now I'm in the best shape of my life with boundless energy, and it transformed my performance everywhere. This is what I teach my clients on a daily basis to create the insane results that come from The Standard protocol: our system that builds elite physiques through psychology and sustainable habits, not restrictive diets or living in the gym. But what I haven't done is teach a large amount of people how to do this all at the same time… With all the lies and misinformation I see daily on socials however, I'm considering it. With that being said, I wonder how many people would be interested in learning these simple ‘secrets’ directly with me for 3 straight weeks? #Fitness #mensfitness #dadswholift
