Honestly, as a Muslim, my mom says that we’re not really allowed to celebrate it but if you go out and trick-or-treating, you’re not celebrating you’re literally just getting free candy but I feel like it’s fine if you’re a Christian as long as your room in the pumpkin stuff for fall and they’ll and you don’t just post anything scary because if you’re dressing up scary, then it would be celebrating it. It’s the same for winter like for Muslims obviously we can’t put up any trees or anything because that would be celebrating it but if we put a snowflake in our house, it’s not a sin because we’re celebrating winter. We’re not selling anything about Jesus.

Omg I remember when I was looking at through the window at 5 years old crying because I would see my neighborhood going out for trick or treating so I start crying. My mom ended up taking a white table cloth, cutting holes for the eyes and had my dad drive me around … oh but the candy I got 😭😭
