First, glad you’re okay. Second having an asthma attack AND anxiety attack at the same time is the WORST 😭 I fell out in my moms yard one time gasping crying it was awful

I have both a cold and asthma, it is the worst pain ever I can’t even sleep because I need at least 4 pillows to keep me sitting up it is so uncomfortable and I keep waking up at like 3-6am and I have tried everything

omg girl if your breathing treatment does not help within like 10-20 minutes do not hesitate to call 911😭😭😭 I’ve seen so many asthmatics get intubated for waiting too long. I’m so glad ur still here!!
