A nervous system reset is moving from high stress to calm, the name does convey that well. First you need to understand that stress is a precursor to anxiety so that anxiety must be dealt with first. The body has built in functions to deal with anxiety but none of them are fun to do, hyperventilating, pee and pooping uncontrollably, sweating uncontrollably and vomitting and coma are last, first you would test to see if you have access to the built in body functions with hypnosis for example the command feel all anxiety followed by everytime you feel anxiety pee uncontrollably, make sure you can delete with hypnosis as for me I only had to run this for 48 hours. After that you become aware of the stress in your body to force rest and digest the command we are safe is used. Afterward you would build on the command to do this location is safe which is location specific. A car is different from a business and must be done separately. If you have chronic anxiety two commands are used talk about concern and talk about worry on the emotion wheel worried is above fear and make sure you have the definitions in front of you when you do it. Also another altered state that can help is out of body, using a subconscious name to enter hypnosis by asking what is your name and wake up fully after removing the name to exit the altered state. Two steps out of body and ask a question or stand up and ask a question will do an out of body.
