Or we just want something easy going with a decent vibe that’s not overwhelming. That way if we don’t click and follow up then no hard feelings. Have you ever gone on a big first date and then nothing happens afterwards? It sucks.. I think saving the bigger and more glamorous stuff for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th dates is reasonable. (Coming from someone that likes going all out on dates)
