@sydsikess: Full day of eats as a gym girlie who wants to fuel her body and feel her best ✨ Breakfast - Had my most carb dense meal before training to fuel my lift Clean pumpkin spice latte Apple cinnamon & banana oats Eggs + ground beef So yummm Lunch - Seasoned ground beef Nectarine Wasn’t too hungry but I needed to hit my protein goal as I ate some ground beef I prepped at the beginning of the week ! Dinner - Strawberry salad w/ chicken & dressing I usually add dried fruit on there as well but I was out lol Still super yummy and refreshing.
