@cassidymorganfitness: HOW TO DO IT⬇️ 1. Position yourself so your back is up against the bench 2. Find the bottom of your knees and mark that spot your fingers 3. Put your heels to meet where you marked (i like to then place my feet just slightlyy wider from there) 4. Drive through your heels into a hip thrust, keeping your core tight and head straight (don't let it push back onto the bench) You’ve made it this far.
