I did not say you were lying. I said either you got played OR you were lying. That's a conditional statement in which either of two options is possible. Since Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 tires can be had for $450 each with free shipping, and since sales tax, mounting and balancing them on your wheels AND even paying extra for road hazard insurance shouldn't begin to approach an extra $1,661...I think saying you got played is a pretty fair conclusion...unless there are additional service items on your bill that you didn't mention. I wasn't trying to insult you. I was trying to point out, to the guy who said you got played, that there was another possible option he had not considered. Recognizing the possibility that someone could have lied, because we didn't have enough detail to know one way or the other, is not the same as calling them a liar.

There are different or cost-effective versions of the P Zero tire. Some vehicles don’t need sport tires if you’re not gonna drive them like a sport vehicle. So unless she’s driving a sport BMW, like it be driven, go with the more expensive tires. Otherwise it’s just a waste of money.

Those exact tires (retail) are $993.37 each. They’re on close out on tire rack for $451.09 rich now though but obviously she didn’t get them there

as a shop owner, 1st off those are really nice! 👌🏻 , but you should know that those particular Pirelli's actually have no rating but most people only get about 10,000 - 12,000 miles before they get to the legal minimum tread depth 3/32nd.
If you wanna save some money, next time... look at the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. They have a 15-20% higher mileage rating meaning you won't have to change them as often...
otherwise, enjoy the ride! 🥂
