if it’s per try then hole in 1 is harder, if you start both at the same time and see which one happens first bowling would be easier, if my life was on it and i had 1 try to either bowl or golf i would choose the bowl a perfect game

For a good bowler, it is way easier to get a perfect game. But if you grab 2 random people and throw them on each sport a perfect game would be tougher.

Hole in one is definitely harder. It’s easier to throw the same throw and get strikes every time then hit the small ball into the small hole even as a really good golfer.
