I always buy the American cheese that just says "cheese" (not "cheese food" or "cheese product"). Do you think it matters here? I feel like queso might be the time you need "cheese product" like Velveeta lol

If you leave some of the liquid in the green chilies, it won’t be so thick and hard. It also will take way less time to start to clump back up.
