Yess. Besides, I KNOW they’re not calling my locs dreadful. How can they compliment my hair and call them dreadful in the same breath? I’ve heard that the term dreads did not come from dreadful and it’s a western rumor. Since I’ll never know the truth, I just go with the flow. Life’s too short to get hung up on a word. Who cares? 🫶
