Honest question. What if Corp soft skills give me the ick when approached as a performative? (Not saying that’s what you’re talking about!) But it all feel disingenuous, and I don’t know how to reframe this in my mind so I don’t shutdown at the thought of it.

what's crazy is some of these like discernment, self regulation and resilience is stuff I feel should have been taught at home, or in early school years. the fact that adults don't have it is why America is what it is. But I'm glad people are willing to learn. How do you get clients?

Curiosity question: The teams you teach, are they mostly for exec leadership teams? As a Director in tech, I feel I have to add this layer of coaching for my teams because orgs don’t invest in in-depth training like yours. They seem to default to online courses that are far from effective much less engaging.

I have a senior leader with these skills and watching him in action is crazy, but - and it’s a big but. He has zero depth or strategic vision and it makes most of these skills useless. It frustrates his entire org because they’re not harnessed in a manner that’s impactful.
