PLEASE do not take this without CONSULTING a DOCTOR! Methylene Blue interacts with alot of different medication and can cause FATAL symptoms if combined with serotonergic medication!

1) do not take the fish one idk why people think that’s a good idea 2) don’t take this if ur on SSRIs. It’s a MAOA and can cause serotonin syndrome 3) maybe just don’t. The benefits over the risks arent great
