consistency is hard when you're older, work, family, life gets in the way....I'm 5'7" and was. about 2 inches under the rim when work got busy and wasn't able to go back for a couple months...then I was over it lol...worked on general fitness over hops

Hey man your jump technique is pretty dangerous. Get consistent into your gather. Crashing into your gather WILL cause a knee injury.

Don’t stutter step you’re slowing yourself down speed up and as your jumping kinda lean your upper body a bit back

It’s your footwork. Don’t lower your body into the act of jumping until you get to the step where you jump. Build momentum, get to that step, and explode up. You can do it!
