Your run up means nothing if you crash to a halt before you go up. Remember, you’re trying to convert horizontal momentum into vertical momentum. Good luck! 🤘🏻

Hey man your jump technique is pretty dangerous. Get consistent into your gather. Crashing into your gather WILL cause a knee injury.

It’s your footwork. Don’t lower your body into the act of jumping until you get to the step where you jump. Build momentum, get to that step, and explode up. You can do it!
