Cant they just take some weight off the car then, they have some weights in the car if the driver put some weight on they can remove some.

i heard in a interview george russel tested it in fp2 but the coolsuit wasnt cooling it was hot after a few laps

drivers can lose about 2-4kg in water weight due to the heat in the car. So even if you choose the weight you might be evening it out.
