deadpool is the best example of this. I dont like that everyone just replicates Ryan Reynolds voice and it somehow became the standard voice for Deadpool. No one is ever topping Nolan North for the Deadpool voice

John's Joker is so wonderfully dark. He's not making jokes, every vile act that he does IS the joke. And it's fucking hilarious. Legit, I cracked up at him nonchalantly asking Jason which torture technique was more painful. He is absolutely my favorite after Mark.

Extra mention for Kevin Michael Richardson in The Batman, he knew he was playing a totally wild take on the Joker and really made the voice stand out as much as the design (unfairly hated)

It makes sense to me that Troy had to imitate it because technically Arkham origins was connected to the other games. Just like Roger Craig Smith sounding like a young Kevin Conroy as Batman
