Ok I LOVE your cookbook and (for me at least) it’s more elevated than my day to day. Working 9-5 need easy healthy(ish) meals that slap. But I also understand if elevated is more your niche 🥰

I host a cookbook club and we did yours last time and the critiques we have were 1) less seafood, more chicken/red meat options, 2) alternative suggestions for things that are harder to find (ie Calabrian chilis), 3) step by step instructions rather than paragraph instructions
