@drjoedamiani: The SCM (sternocleidomastoid) is a key neck muscle that helps your balance system know where your head is in space. When it’s tight, it can confuse your brain and make you feel dizzy. Part 1: Stretch 👉 Tilt your head to the side 👉 Rotate slightly 👉 Look up toward the ceiling 👉 Hold this position—you should feel a long stretch along the side of your neck running down toward the collarbone. This lengthens the SCM and helps reset tightness. Part 2: Activate 👉 From there, bring your head the opposite direction 👉 Press gently into your hand for resistance 👉 This activates the SCM and improves balance input Keep alternating stretch + activation for a deep release that calms dizziness and tension!
