allergies. i have that too. fragrance is a big contributor to those headaches. an not much seems to help

It a nerve problem in your neck maybe. The nerves in question are throat and jaw. When they are damaged or aggravated, they swell, which pushes up into the nerves causing your headaches. Or, could be a tumor.

Gentle pressure at the base of the back of the skull. A good massage therapist will know this technique. Chiropractic care also. Anything with Psedopedarine in it if sinus related. Love Excedarin migraine. Feel better soon.

Go to a professional chiropractor. I've been diagnosed with severe migraines since 8 years old. Most are a blood flow issue. Good Chiropractors can relieve the pressure.
