This is exactly what I did in no particular order. 1. Realising that hair-loss, thinning hair is caused by an underlying condition, deficiencies, poor and stressful health. 2. Tackling them deficiencies. I have PCOS, Hypothyroidism, deficient in Iron, vitD, vitB12, Folic acid. I now take 75mg of eltroxin to treat thyroid. I take 250mg of metformin for PCOS. 3. After realising all of No.2 is the cause of my hair-loss, I began my research. I went down the minoxidil route. Regaine, 5% foam. I bought this on (online pharmacy . ie) you can get a 3 month supply for 49.99! I find this is the best price. I use minoxidil am & pm. 4. Then I learned the importance of scalp stimulation. Like how often would you massage your own head? Moving your scalp, stimulating blood flow to your scalp. With a scalp massager, I just get mine from shein. Scalp massage twice daily 5 mins each. 5. Then I learned about DHT and the power of pumpkin seed oil. I religiously take pumpkin seed oil capsules. @Holland & Barrett @Holland & Barrett Ireland why always out of stock please 😢. 10/10 recommend. 6. I like a good scalp tonic. I use @Annutri scalp tonic on my roots just before I blow-dry my hair. 7. Hair-oiling. My favourite time, using @hairsyrup growsmary 2x per week and ALSO rapunzel 2x per week. 8. Washing my hair everyday, as I use minoxidil I want to apply it to a clean scalp. Very important to chose wisely when picking out a shampoo. Don’t go for the fancy ones with the nice smells. @Vichy Laboratoires Dercos stimulating shampoo. It’s not expensive and it lasts me a long time, particularly the pump one. 9. Heat protectant spray, I use @Revlon Professional Equave. It’s lightweight on my hair and leaves it nice and smooth!!! @L'Oréal Paris UK extraordinary oil then on your lengths for hydration. 10. Not going to bed with my hair wet or air dry. Would you let your face air dry after a wash? No? Your scalp is also your skin. Protect it from bacteria bbz. 11. Less heat. Blow dry your hair obvs. But less harsh heat like GHD etc. always use protection 😗 🔥 12. Derma-stamping/rolling. 0.75mm, titanium. Twice a week. Over the concerned areas!!! 13. Trimming once a month yourself, look at your ends and cut off any dead ends. Dust your mid lengths. Your hair won’t grow healthy when there is dead ends!! 14. Looking into other vitamins such as biotin, zinc. Saw palmetto as well as another DHT blocker!! 15. Good quality hair brushes. @The Belle Brush is so soft on my hair. I love their treatment brush!!🥰🥰 16. Stress. Stress causes hair-loss. Try stay away from anything stressful or lower it. 17. A good high protein diet. I’m working on this currently and on Monday I’m starting my glow up journey here, which involves levelling up my hair growth journey & sharing my protein made meals and progress. 18. Patience, consistency is your bestie. It takes time.. 💖 19. Silk/ satin hair bonnet @ night time. Microfiber towel to dry your hair. Scrunchies and claw clips also to protect your hair from breaking. Loose styles! 20. LED red light therapy. I use my @currentbody hair regrowth helmet everyday for 10mins. A god send 👏🏼 #hairgrowthjourney #hairloss #hairtok #irish #fyp
