mine was 4 😳 I didn't even no what it was. had 2 iron transfusions and iron tablets now it 223 which is high. need to speak to gp about stopping the iron tablets

I was dragging myself around my doc said my iron levels were fine im grand i asked for my results looked up everything and ferritin was 5 just let's say I got a new doc after I said it to him

My ferritin is a 2 has been for 3 years just keep getting given the same tablets that clearly don’t work. I eat steak boiled eggs and spinach daily nothing works and gp refuses to look into why I don’t store iron 😭
