Yes girl!!! No alone time but at night. I go to bed 2 hours after my whole family and it’s the only time I can recharge and half the time I’m zombie mode but I neeeeed it

I found ways with my partner to both get little pockets of time in our weeks. We have learned to recharge faster and yeah parenting is still really hard!

As a parent you HAVE to show your kids that you value you by taking time for you. Take that time after bedtime or before you get them up. Have someone watch them for half hour during the day. Schedule YOURSELF
