Idk if this helps but try replacements. A stuffy he can squeeze when he wants to squeeze, a soft fidget he can pull or pinch when he wants to do that. If it’s attention he’s looking for, model appropriate ways to gain your attention. Sending you love 💕 it’s not easy

everyone's child is allegedly "autistic"🙄 reality is that parents do not discipline their kids bc of laziness then when the child acts out, the parent runs from accountability by claiming autism. everyone cannot be autistic. raise/discipline your kids and this behaviour will be curbed

Autistic mum here … at the same age my son was the same. Firstly it gets better. You’re doing better than you think. One tip is talk less. Just the occasional “it’s okay buddy things seem big right now” don’t try to discipline right now with you can’t do this or stop it etc. it’s heightens them more.. talk about it later when he’s regulated. You’ll see results faster. It will get better ❤️🩹 there will always be bad days .. they don’t mean to hit you and they feel it deeply when they do. Calm face, calm voice and breathe. When they see you breathe they calm down faster x
