Please understand guys that God allow things to happen but He is NOT the one making you suffer, it is the enemy who is making you suffer, it is only allowed by Him because most of the time we tend to rely on ourselves but He wants to show you that if you really seek for Him, He will be the one in control. 5 years ago, I laughed about people who suffer anxieties and depression saying it's only a depression but when i suffered it I realized it's hard to escape when your mind is your enemy

I don't believe in the saying that God won't give you more than you can handle, because even in the bible has people experienced suffering in their journey. But suffering isn't always meant for pain. It can be a way to build you up, or to make you learn, to depend on God. Because even if you can't God can.
