great job, but i would've just swapped the entire alternator. I wouldn't trust the shaft of the old one after the pulley has been improperly rotating, for that long.

I had to replace mine in dead of winter 🥶. You have to take out fan and loosen radiator mounts and some of the intake. Kind of a bear
