It does exfoliate but what you're seeing is not the dead skin. it is the product. I wish people would do their research before advertising products.

I have had the worst keratosis pilaris on my arms and legs since I was a kid. Exfoliators help but something like this would work so much better! Just bought this and going to try! Super excited!
