Same bro. Got rid of my adenoids young, I felt fine and ate soup and yogurt. Tonsils were a nightmare tho- lost my voice, whispered instead of talked, got a blood clot, had another surgery same day, threw up bc of anesthesia afterwards, couldn’t eat solid food and most soft foods I liked suddenly looked like vicious slop
