as a licensed esthetician i approved this message. also when using the anti-bacterial soap let it SIT inside your armpits for at least a minute after washing them with regular soap! its the bacteria in your pits that make them smell! letting the ab soap sit really ensures you've killed them. and its fine to use the ab soap on your pits every day!

Love the routine and self care BUT, body odor has also to do with HORMONES and DIET. So drink a lot of water, eat well e check with a gyno or dermatologist or endocrinologist how are your HORMONES 🫶🏼🫶🏼!!!!!!!!

REMEMBER rotate your deodorant every three-four months. Do NOT throw away the old ones if they aren’t empty just put them away & bring them back 3-4 months later. Change your toothbrush head every three months. Change your pillow case every week. Make sure to spread & dry everywhere even behind the ear. I use a blow dryer to help.
