I'm surprised by the education of some of the real estate agents out there. I don't know how they passed the course because many of them can't even add and have no concept of business. just terrifying to have some of these real estate agents out there terrifying

Yes agree; for example you can’t compare crappy vinyl plank to engineered hardwood; two different r price points; there are so many variables
