My issue is that sometimes I can double work and sometimes I can zero work. But I never know what kind of day it’ll be until it’s almost over, and my brain is NO help 💀🙄

Alas, my brain has figured out how to say “double work tomorrow” even when I’m in the office with other people. Absolutely diabolical.

I always function better with deadlines bc the anxiety kicks adhd into hyperfocus mode… without deadlines my adhd is 1000% worse

I didn't need medication to help with my ADHD until I left the education field and moved into the corporate world. What I wouldn't give for a mandated, segmented and repetitious day controlled by forces outside of my own will...

The most surprising fact that last night that I want to finish all triple work is not infinite. Like it is few REAL hours even with hyper focus, they gone and I still need a week-1 day to finish

I've been working from home for almost 4 years now (tutoring ADHD and dyslexic kids online). It suits me coz I still get fixed hours without a need to go outside (anxiety issues).

Same, but opposite. I double work today, no work tomorrow, but tomorrow, I double work also, and then my brain no work only get half done, so then I feel like by I still have to double work over and over, because brain does less and less.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Fellow Citizens, and Proud Members of the Maa Community, Today, we take a moment to cross the border not just in geography, but in spirit to honor and celebrate one of our own. A man whose footsteps echo in the valleys and hills of our great land. A son of the soil. A servant of the people. A fearless voice where silence once reigned. His name is Gabriel Tongoyo, CBS Daktari mwenyewe! Narok County stands tall today, not just because of the beauty of our landscapes or the strength of our traditions, but because of the courage of men like Gabriel Tongoyo men who refuse to be silent in the face of injustice, men who carry the dreams of an entire people on their shoulders. For too long, the issue of Olkiombo land has cast a dark shadow over our community. Land that rightfully belongs to the people land that carries our history, our cattle trails, our sacred spaces, and the memories of generations was snatched away through selfishness, betrayal, and backroom dealings. We watched in pain as Patrick Keturet Ntutu, entrusted with leadership, stood by while his own brother orchestrated the grabbing of this ancestral land. It was a painful betrayal. But our people, though wounded, were never broken. Because truth does not die. Justice does not sleep. And now, with unwavering effort, powerful advocacy, and the grace of good leadership Gabriel Tongoyo has led the charge to return Olkiombo back to its rightful owners: the people of Narok County. Let history record this moment. Let future generations know that we stood up. We spoke up. We refused to be intimidated.
