Was in an abusive relationship for almost 8 years. Escaped in 2019. The guy is currently awaiting sentencing for a murder he committed in 2022. I wrote a poetry book but burned it. I wrote the poems in code. It documented my abuse. I feel the need to talk about it so I can move on and heal from it. The fear of speaking on it before he is sentenced is holding me back. I went through SO much. I feel this message in my soul!💯🔥 One day my story will help someone. If it is just one person then my life has served its purpose.
