I have to use a water flosser to try and get in behind my permanent retainer. I know it's not exactly what they want, but it's better than not doing it at all 😎

Why not use the threader to string it between the teeth then floss them? I’ve had my retainer for about 30 years and that’s how I do it.

My dental hygienist broke my permanent retainer with the water jet and I think it was on purpose 🤣 I got a removable one from my original orthodontist for FREE. I think because you shouldn’t be able to do that. 😆
