I've been on the bottom as far as psychosis, mania, mental n physical break. The most difficult part is filling up my own cup to prevent me from becoming broken again. It is a difficult emotional space, appreciate u sharing ur experience w this complexity 💜

Blessed in certain ways that she is not. It’s sad for sure but reality is you have a home, ins, and support. Seems she does not. Remember one thing she may have drug induced. Love your compassion I do not know the feeling that disease does to people but I witness it in my kids dad and it breaks my heart. He as well has his own home and insurance and support but he has his days and it’s heartbreaking. 💔
