Been doing one meal a day pretty often now. I love the feeling of a reset you get when you fast until later in the day to eat. Feels like a healthy little cleanse. Still drink coffee in the am though

I’m down from 230.8 to 182.0 from June 1st to now at 2100 calories a day. I’m eating twice at noon and 4:00pm so I’m fasting like 18-19 hours per day

I read 18/6 is better for hormonal balance. If you push past 20 hours, cortisol levels go up.
