Melt chocolate & butter: In a heatproof bowl, melt the milk chocolate and butter over a water bath or in the microwave (in short bursts). Stir until smooth and glossy. Let cool slightly. 2.	Whisk egg & sugar: In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, white sugar, and brown sugar for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened and pale. 3.	Combine mixtures: Add the melted chocolate-butter, salt, and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and stir until just combined. 4.	Fold in dry ingredients: Sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Fold gently until no dry spots remain – don’t overmix. 5.	Chill the dough: Place the dough in the fridge for 30–60 minutes until it’s firm enough to scoop. 6.	Shape & bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) top and bottom heat. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop 6–9 dough balls and place them spaced apart on the tray. 7.	Bake for 9–11 minutes until the edges are set but the centers are still soft. Remove from the oven. 8.	Finishing touch (after baking): While the cookies are still warm, gently press a few pieces of chopped chocolate or chocolate chips on top. Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt. . . #browniecookies #cookies #brownie #brownies #Recipe
