This is awesome! As a licensed esthetician May I recommend not using numbing cream as this restricts blood flow to the surface of the skin making needling less effective.

Please don’t use 99% alcohol. It’s is not killing any bacteria since 99% concentration evaporates too fast from surfaces in order to kill them. Insted dilute it to 70% with bottled water so it has more time to sit on surface and kill bacteria
