The raid happened while Shams was live-streaming a sale, and he was booked on felony charges related to either fraud or receiving stolen property. He was released on October 3, and a court date has been scheduled for October 23. The company stated that the raid was related to a small amount of allegedly stolen goods they had recently purchased and that they had no knowledge the items were stolen.
