Anyone saying the Vette is at fault doesn’t need to be driving. It’s your responsibility to pay attention to the car in front of you and always leave enough space to stop if it does.

drove a car with ceramic brakes for awhile and the first time i stopped at a red light the guy behind me screeched to a halt barely missing a direct hit and it was at that moment i realized how powerful the brakes actually were so i started to ALWAYS looked behind me to make sure the guy behind is paying attention!!

2nd vehicle will be held AT FAULT (use to work for an insurance company) because he hit the other vehicle. Signal or not you are to be in control of your vehicle at all times, video shows he was on the brake with enough time for other vehicle to stop which could mean he wasn’t paying attention.

You can hear the vette downshifting in the whole video. Meaning he was slowing down the whole video meaning his BRAKE LIGHTS WERE ON THE ENTIRE TIME. Vette is not at all at fault and insurance will deem it so

guarantee yall the speed that caddy came in blinker or not he still would have got hit and if it’s in TN the law is. The statute requires all drivers to maintain a reasonable speed and follow at a reasonable distance, given the condition of the traffic and the roadway.
