The problem now is sooooo many flats are popping up the extra fees that this developers are putting is mad, the service charge , ground rent ,,,people ignore council tax this adds up £500 @month easy upwards

Non-coupled ppl shouldn’t need to pair up with a trusted relative/friend to afford a bog standard home but the majority are forced to in order to get on the property ladder. The wages are so shyte throughout the uk.
