What happens is, in your sleep your foot flops forward, it can cause the muscle to draw up. If you take and pull your toes back towards your shin it’ll stop the cramp. If it’s too tight, stand on it and try to get your foot flat to the floor.

Drink ionic fizz with magnesium mix with hot water wait til bubbles stop- add cold water, drink- don’t worry, the older you get? That pain increases 100x drink pickle juice n banana for extra protection 😂lol
