This is so funny to me. I am 69 and never thought of doing all this. You are exposed to all this in your day to day life so why is this necessary. My immunity is on point and I am totally vaccinated, ready for my RC cruise in May. Leaving m cleaning supplies at home and going to enjoy the beautiful ocean breezes, drinks, food and people and the awesome hospitality of all the wait staff on board.

I wipe down hotel rooms when I get there and bring my own sheets and pillowcases. I know I have control issues but it makes me feel better :-)

My husband and I have a system for traveling. I pack the kids and the first aid medication bag. My husband sanitizes the rooms. We have the kids take their shoes off just inside the door.

I totally get it. I got food poisoning from the ice in my drink at a restaurant the last time I traveled. trying to fly with food poisoning was not fun. passed out in the airport, still got on the plane 😭
